This acrylic painting is one of two 24"x18" paintings which represent the smallest two paintings in the 5 piece series.

Unlike most of my paintings I started this painting together with the other 24"x18" canvas. I added the paint on both canvases, pretending it's one big canvas which resulted in two paintings that can be seen as separate paintings but also tell their very own story when looked at together. Just like in the other paintings, the goal was together more comfortable with the color pink and how it harmonizes with other colors.

As with all my paintings I added most of the paint at the beginning of the process to the canvas and then used different sizes of pallet knifes and water to move the paint and blend the colors straight on the canvas. After the paint dried, I used a black fine-liner and added the lines, to give the movement a specific direction and the painting more depth.

The painting is not framed but would make an even better eye-catcher with the right framing.
